I am currently onboarding to a new company filling the same role. It’s been an interesting experience, as this will now be the second onboarding with a corporate entity. Its similarities are many, and its few differences are stark. They cover online enrollment, Ethical Compliance, and benefits, as well as some preliminary computer training that I’ve found mostly redundant. What’s been your experience in the work sphere with your onboarding and changing roles?
