Ingredients
🍤 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
1- Prepare the Orange Vinaigrette:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or vinegar, if needed.
- Set aside to let the flavors meld.
2- Steam the Shrimp and Broccoli:
- Fill a large pot with about 1-2 inches of water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket over the pot, ensuring that the water does not touch the bottom of the basket.
- Add the broccoli florets to the steamer basket, cover, and steam for about 4-5 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Remove the broccoli and set aside. Keep the steamer basket on the pot.
- Add the shrimp to the steamer basket, cover, and steam for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the steamer basket.
3- Assemble the Dish:
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli and shrimp.
- Drizzle the orange vinaigrette over the shrimp and broccoli, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
4- Serve:
- Transfer the shrimp and broccoli to a serving platter or individual plates.
