    🌿 1 tablespoon garlic paste
    🌿 1 tablespoon oregano
    🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
    🌿 1 teaspoon cumin
    🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    🧄 1 teaspoon onion powder
    🧂 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    🧂 1 tablespoon Sazon (optional)
    🌿 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    For the Salad:
    🥒 1 cucumber
    🍅 2 tomatoes
    🧅 1 red onion
    🌿 2 tablespoons parsley
    🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🧂 Sea salt and black pepper to taste

    For the Tzatziki Sauce:
    🥒 1/2 cucumber, seeded
    🥄 1 cup Greek yogurt
    🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
    🌿 1 tablespoon dill
    🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    🧂 Sea salt to taste

    Instructions

    1- Marinate the Chicken:

    • In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, garlic paste, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, Sazon, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
    • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, allowing the yogurt to tenderize the chicken and the flavors to meld. If pressed for time, you can cook immediately.

    2- Prepare the Salad:

    • Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
    • Combine them in a bowl with parsley, lemon juice, and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.

    3- Make the Tzatziki Sauce:

    • Grate the cucumber and place it in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, and sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are combined.

    4- Cook the Chicken:

    • Preheat a grill or pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
    • Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

    5- Assemble the Gyros:

    • Warm pita bread in a dry pan or oven. Fill each pita with slices of chicken, and top with salad and tzatziki sauce.
