    Ingredients

    🥩 1 pound ground beef
    🥔 1 large potato, shredded
    🧅 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
    🌶️ 1 bell pepper, any color, finely diced
    🍅 1 tomato, finely chopped
    🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    🌿 1/2 cup parsley or cilantro, chopped
    🥫 6 oz tomato paste
    🌶️ 1/3 cup pepper paste
    🌾 1 cup flour
    🐔 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
    🧂 1 teaspoon salt
    🌿 1 teaspoon cumin
    🌿 1 teaspoon coriander
    🌶️ 1 teaspoon chili flakes
    🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
    🛢️ About 2 cups oil for frying


    Instructions

    1- Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded potato, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, chopped tomato, minced garlic, and parsley or cilantro.

    • Form the mixture into thin, even-shaped fritters. Any shape you prefer will work fine.

    3- Fry the Fritters:
