    Ingredients

    🐄 1 cup diced beef (your favorite cut)
    🥔 1 large potato, diced
    🧅 1/2 large onion, diced
    🥚 4 eggs
    🫒 2 tablespoons oil
    🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
    🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    🐔 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
    🌿 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    🌿 1/2 teaspoon coriander
    🌶 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
    🧈 2 tablespoons butter
    🌿 Scallions or parsley for garnish


    Instructions

    1- Preparation:

    • Dice the beef into small, bite-sized pieces. Use your preferred cut; top round beef is recommended.
    • Dice the potato and half a large onion.

    2- Cook the Beef:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
    • Add the diced beef to the skillet. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
    • Mix well, cover with a lid, and let it cook until the beef becomes tender, stirring occasionally. If it begins to dry out, add 1/2 cup of water.

    3- Cook the Vegetables:

    • Add the diced onions and potatoes to the skillet.
    • Mix everything together thoroughly and cover again.
    • Cook until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring occasionally.

    4- Season the Skillet:

    • Once the potatoes are tender, season the mixture with paprika, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon.
    • Add 2 tablespoons of butter and mix until the butter is melted and everything is evenly coated.

    5- Cook the Eggs:

    • Make small wells in the beef and potato mixture and crack 4 eggs into the skillet.
    • Sprinkle the eggs with a little bit of salt.
    • Cover the skillet and let the eggs cook until they reach your preferred level of doneness.

    6- Garnish and Serve:

    • Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat.
    • Garnish with fresh scallions or parsley.
    • Serve immediately for a delicious, hearty breakfast.
