🥚 4 eggs
🥛 6 tablespoons of milk

🧀 2 slices of cheese
🧈 Sauce 1: 30g softened butter
🧄 1-1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
🍯 1.5 tablespoons honey
🍶 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
🌿 1 teaspoon parsley
🥛 Sauce 2: 2 tablespoons condensed milk
🍶 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
🌶️ Sauce 3: 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
🍶 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
1- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons of milk, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Heat a pan over low heat with enough cooking oil to coat the bottom. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir quickly until the eggs are cooked to a soft, creamy texture. Divide into three parts and make holes to ensure the top cooks as well. Set aside.
2- Cook the Bacon:
- In another pan, add cooking oil and place 100 grams of bacon. Cook until crispy and aromatic. Set aside.
3- Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce (Sauce 1):
- In a small bowl, combine 30g softened butter, 1.5 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1-1.5 teaspoons minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon parsley.
4- Prepare the Sweet and Spicy Sauces:
- Sauce 2: Mix 2 tablespoons condensed milk with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- Sauce 3: Combine 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Adjust spiciness if desired.
5- Toast the Bread:
- Spread Sauce 1 on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the bread in a pan over low heat, sauce side down. Toast until crispy.
- Optionally, toast the other side with butter.
6- Assemble:
- When both sides are toasted, press the middle and fold the bread into a V shape.
- Spread Sauce 2 on one half of the toast and Sauce 3 on the other half.
- Layer with a slice of cheese, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Drizzle extra Sauce 2 from a zip-lock bag for precision.
- Garnish with parsley.
