    🧂 Pepper to taste
🧀 1 cup cheese of choice (mozzarella and jack recommended)

    Instructions

    1- Preparation:

    • Slice the Angus steak into thin strips.
    • Julienne the green and red bell peppers and the yellow onion.
    • Mince the garlic clove and finely chop the hot jalapeño if using.

    2- Season the Steak:

    • In a bowl, combine the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, steak seasoning, onion powder, parsley, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    • Add the sliced steak to the bowl and thoroughly coat with the seasoning mix. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    3- Cooking the Vegetables:

    • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
    • Add the sliced onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
    • Add the bell peppers and jalapeño, cooking until the vegetables are tender yet vibrant in color.

    4- Cooking the Steak:

    • Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and increase the heat to high.
    • Add the marinated steak strips to the skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked through with a nice sear.

    5- Combining Ingredients:

    • Mix the steak and vegetables together in the skillet, allowing the flavors to meld for another 2 minutes.
    • Sprinkle the cheese over the top, allowing it to melt slightly before removing the skillet from heat.

    6- Serving:
