    Ingredients

    🍗 3 pounds of wings
🥔 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
    🧅 3 medium-sized onions, peeled and quartered
🧄 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
    🫒 1/4 cup olive oil
    🧂 1 tablespoon of Lawry's seasoned salt
🧄 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
🍋 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper
🧅 1 tablespoon of onion powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or to taste)
🌿 1 tablespoon of parsley, dried or fresh
🍋 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice

    Instructions

    1- Prep and Preheat:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Prepare your baking pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    2- Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the wings, potatoes, onions, and garlic.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

    3- Season the Mixture:

    • Sprinkle all the dry seasonings — Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper — over the wings and vegetables.
    • Add the lemon juice and parsley, then toss everything together to ensure an even distribution of flavors.

    4- Arrange in Baking Pan:

    • Spread the seasoned wings, potatoes, and onions in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
    • This helps with even cooking and browning.

    5- Bake:

    • Place the baking pan in the preheated oven.
    • Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the wings are nicely browned and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender.

    6- Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
    • Enjoy this delicious and savory dish with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
