    Ingredients

    🍄 1 8oz tray of mushrooms, sliced
    🧅 1 onion, sliced
    🫒 4 tablespoons olive oil
    🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
    🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
    🥚 4 eggs


    Instructions

    1- Prep the Ingredients:

    • Begin by washing and slicing the mushrooms. Set them aside.
    • Slice the onion thinly and set it aside as well.

    2- Cook the Aromatics:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 4-5 minutes.

    3- Cook the Mushrooms:

    • Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet with the onions.
    • Drizzle an additional 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the mushrooms.
    • Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes over the mixture.
    • Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.

    4- Cook the Eggs:

    • Create small wells in the mushroom mixture for the eggs.
    • Crack the eggs into the wells, spacing them evenly across the skillet.
    • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for runny yolks or longer for fully set yolks.

    5- Serve:
