    Ingredients

    🍝 12 lasagna noodles, cooked

    🥩 1 lb ground beef

    🧅 1 small onion, diced

    🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced

    🍅 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

    🧂 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    🧂 1 tsp salt

    🧂 ½ tsp black pepper

    🧂 ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

    🧀 2 cups ricotta cheese

    🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for cheese mixture)

    🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    🥚 1 large egg

    🌿 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    🧀 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

    🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

    Instructions

    1- Prepare the Meat Sauce:

    - Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

    - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

    - Stir in diced onions and minced garlic; cook until softened.

    - Pour in marinara sauce and diced tomatoes, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    - Let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:

    - In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, and chopped parsley.

    - Mix until smooth and well combined.

    3- Assemble the Lasagna:

    - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    - Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.

    - Layer 3 cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.

    - Spread a portion of the ricotta cheese mixture evenly over the noodles.

    - Top with more meat sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella and Parmesan.

    - Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and shredded cheeses.

    4- Bake the Lasagna:

    - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
