    Ingredients

    🐖 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces

    🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced

    🫑 ½ green bell pepper, sliced

    🍋 Juice of 1 lemon

    🧂 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

    🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika

    🥚 2 eggs, beaten

    🥛 ½ cup buttermilk

    🌽 1 cup cornstarch

    🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour

    Instructions

    1- Marinate the Pork:

    - Place the pork pieces in a bowl and add minced garlic, sliced onion, bell pepper, and lemon juice.

    - Season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.

    - Let marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.

    2- Prepare the Coating:

    - In one bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk together.

    - In another bowl, mix cornstarch and all-purpose flour.

    3- Coat the Pork:

    - Dip each piece of marinated pork into the egg mixture.

    - Dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.

    4- Heat the Oil:

    - In a deep pot or frying pan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

    5- Fry the Pork:
