    Ingredients

    🍗 Chicken Thighs (cut into smaller pieces, quantity as per preference)
    🌶️ Red Bell Pepper (amount as needed)
    🌶️ Yellow Bell Pepper (amount as needed)
    🌶️ Green Bell Pepper (amount as needed)
    🫙 All-Purpose Soy Sauce (to taste)
    🍶 Mirin Sweet Cooking Seasoning (to taste)
    🌽 Corn Starch (enough to thicken sauce)
    🥦 Broccoli Florets (amount as needed)
    🌰 Sesame Seeds (optional, amount as needed)


    Instructions

    1- Prep the Ingredients:

    • Cut the chicken thighs into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
    • Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips.
    • Cut the broccoli into florets.

    2- Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

    3- Sauté the Vegetables:

    • In the same pan, add the sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Sauté until they begin to soften.

    4- Make the Teriyaki Sauce:

    • Pour soy sauce and Mirin sweet cooking seasoning into the pan with the peppers. Allow the mixture to heat through.

    5- Thicken the Sauce:

    • Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water to create a slurry. Pour this into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables evenly.

    6- Steam the Broccoli:

    • Place broccoli florets in a separate saucepan with a small amount of water. Cover and steam over medium heat until tender and bright green.

    7- Combine & Serve:

    • Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the thickened sauce and vegetables. Toss to combine all the ingredients well.
    • Serve the teriyaki chicken stir-fry garnished with sesame seeds and alongside steamed broccoli, shrimp, and a side of fried rice.
