🌿 12 oz bag of frozen spinach or fresh spinach
🌟 1 cup of artichoke hearts, chopped
    🧀 1 8oz block of cream cheese
    🥄 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
🥄 1/4 cup of sour cream
🧀 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
🧀 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese for topping
🧀 1/2 cup of white cheddar cheese
🧀 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
    🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
    🌑 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    🌰 1 teaspoon onion powder
    🌰 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    🌶️ 1 teaspoon of paprika

    Instructions

    1- Preheat the Oven:

    • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2- Prepare the Spinach:

    • If using frozen spinach, steam it according to package instructions.
    • Make sure to squeeze out all excess water. For fresh spinach, sauté until wilted and also drain any excess moisture.

    3- Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

4- Add the Greens and Cheeses:

    • Stir in the prepared spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.

    5- Season the Mixture:

    • Add the chili flakes, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
    • Mix well to ensure all flavors are evenly distributed.

    6- Bake the Dip:

    • Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
    • Smooth the top, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.

    7- Oven Bake:

    • Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

    8- Serve:

    • While the dip is baking, slice a baguette at an angle.
    • Brush both sides with olive oil and toast in the oven for a couple of minutes on each side.
    • Serve warm with the dip. Tortilla chips are a fantastic alternative for more casual gatherings.
