🧂 Tony's Cajun seasoning, to taste
    🌶️ Paprika, to taste
    🧄 Garlic powder, to taste
    🧅 Onion powder, to taste
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
    🧅 1 onion, sliced
🥚 1 egg (optional, for topping)

    For the Sauce:
    🥄 1/4 cup of mayo
    🥄 2 tablespoons of mustard
    🥄 2 tablespoons of ketchup
🥒 2 tablespoons of sweet relish or chopped pickles

    Instructions

    1- Prepare the Ground Beef:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Tony’s Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2- Cook the Onions and Beef:

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they begin to brown.
    • Form the seasoned beef into patties. Add the patties to the skillet with the onions and cook until the meat is thoroughly browned on both sides.

    3- Prepare the Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, ketchup, and sweet relish or chopped pickles until smooth.

    4- Assemble the Burger:

    • Once the patties and onions are cooked, place two patties together with a generous portion of the cooked onions in between.
    • Top with the prepared sauce.
    • If desired, fry an egg in the same skillet and add it on top of the burger for an extra layer of flavor.

    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 25 minutes
    Servings: 2
    Equipment: Skillet, mixing bowl

    Cooking Tips:

    • For a spicier burger, add more Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce.
    • Use a cast-iron skillet for a better sear on the patties.
    • The egg is optional but highly recommended for extra richness.
