Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte ! Hoy fui al gym y sali a pasear en mi bici.

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !Today I went to the gym and went for a ride on my bike.

Hoy me levante un poco tarde al rededor de las 11:30am, a las 12 se fue la luz pero como ya habia planeado ir al gym, comí, me bañé, estiré, leí un rato, y salí a casa de un amigo para de ahi salir al gym y entrenar!

Today I woke up a little late around 11:30am, at 12 the power went out but as I had already planned to go to the gym, I ate, showered, stretched, read for a while, and went to a friend's house to go to the gym and train!

LLegamos al gym, me enfoqué en entrenar espalda, triceps y básicos de calistenia, tambien hice un poco de calistenia en el gym, fue bastante divertido el día en el gym, de aqui nos devolvimos en bici a casa del pana y nos pusimos a jugar GTA un rato.

We got to the gym, I focused on training back, triceps and calisthenics basics, I also did some calisthenics in the gym, it was quite a fun day at the gym, from here we cycled back to my friend's house and played GTA for a while.

De aqui volvi a mi casa, pero pase al rededor de 4 horas sin internet jasjasj, espero les haya gustado mi blog.
