Do you believe in the world called equality? Do you think it’s attainable? This is something new I learnt today, before today I was of the opinion that you can give two people the same tools and opportunity to attain a goal and they would get the same result. Well I was wrong, it doesn’t entirely work that way. Sometimes in a family household you would see siblings that were given the same opportunity have different results, while siblings that were also given the same opportunities have similar, the difference is, while both family must have practiced equality and equity, the other party practiced equality, equity and justice.

Inequality first of all is when two people are expected to have the same result mean while the tools and resources given to these two parties are completely different. One has the right tool and the right reach to get a better result than the other. For instance, giving two kids same education but in different environment. One is in well developed environment with a working system, while the other is in an underdeveloped environment with a non working system, there is equality but no equity.
Equity is providing every tool needed for both parties to succeed including providing more tools to the party that lacks what it takes to succeed even though they are given the same quality of education. But the best part of all this is justice, justice is providing an environment that is favorable for everyone so that every one has equal access to everything without having to compromise.
