I took it with a 600 mm telephoto lens, which I otherwise use for birds (and today I pulled it out unnecessarily, the monsters were holed up somewhere). I "shot" it handheld, without a tripod, regardless of the current light and weather, but I was still amazed at the detail you can see. Actually, I was expecting just an outline, and you could count the windows. And this is - as I say - just an ad hoc shot with an average lens. What would the optics of, say, a military scout drone show?
