The reason you are at your workplace is to win souls and not just work there. God has given you a platform to encounter men.

If you working in a place does not translate to bringing men to God, then your presence there was a waste. God has not profited in your presence at where you are working. He kept you where you are today so that you will continue the soul winning enterprise that he initiated through his death and resurrection.
Why is soul winning so important?.
It is the primary purpose for kingdom empowerment. The reason we get gift of the spirit, anointing, money and amongst other things is for us to be empowered to win souls. If God gives you money he wants you to enjoy it.
Jesus speaking in John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
God wants us to enjoy our money, but that was not the primary reason for empowerment. The primary reason for empowerment is for that you too can advance kingdom. And the only way to advance kingdom is to win people back to God.
In Acts 1:8
[8] But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
The reason God empowered you is for you to be witnesses unto him. If we are not winning souls, then we have no business being empowered in this kingdom.
Every gift that God gives you is primarily for kingdom advancement, it is for you to reconcile a dark and a sinful world back to God. This is the priority of God here on earth.
