So since I've got to wait till they open, I made some for our staff meal dinner. Of course not as good but this will have to do for now 😄
Marinated the beef brisket 20+ hours with soy sauce, fish sauce, and some sugar. Cooked in the pressure cooker for 30m with onions, garlic, cardamom, and black pepper.
I then let the brisket cool before cutting it into slices then everything is ready to be served up and enjoyed!
