          Hola amigos de #Hive #Likwtu y compañeros de @SWC. Le saludo de nuevo su amigo @carlossaw y el dia de hoy les traigo un nuevo post de fotografías de mi entrenamiento de full-body para culminar la semana con buen pie. Empecemos!!!

          Quise culminar la semana con un circuito full -body, ya que miércoles y jueves no había podido entrenar debido a que salí tarde del trabajo y no me dio tiempo de entrenar, pero hoy no quise perder el chance de entrenar y diseñe una rutina rápida que podia completar varios circuitos en menos de una hora.

    I wanted to end the week with a full-body circuit, since I had not been able to train on Wednesday and Thursday because I left work late and did not have time to train, but today I did not want to miss the chance to train and I designed a quick routine that could complete several circuits in less than an hour.


          El circuito es sencillo, nada que no hayamos visto en otras oportunidades de entrenamiento de básicos, se trata de aumentar el cardio, ya que los últimos ejercicios exigen resistencia y de verdad me costó en las últimas dos series.

    The circuit is simple, nothing that we have not seen in other opportunities for basic training, it is about increasing cardio, since the last exercises require resistance and it really cost me in the last two series.


          El circuito consiste en:
    -15 pull-ups
    -30 squat jumps
    -30 dips
    -12 box jump
    -12 chin-ups
    -15 burpees
    este circuito es rapido y sencillo, pero bastante exigente en la parte de cardio, lo realice en cuatro (4) series con un descanso de cinco (5) minutos entre series.

    The circuit consists of:
    -15 pull-ups
    -30 squat jumps
    -30 dips
    -12 box jumps
    -12 chin-ups
    -15 burpees
    This circuit is quick and easy, but quite demanding on the cardio side. I did it in four (4) sets with a five (5) minute rest between sets.
