The shrub "Gaz" grows in the flooded areas of my city, the city where I live is located in the northeast of Iran and on the border of Iran and Turkmenistan. It is a completely mountainous city and this shrub is abundant. It can be seen in river courses and seasonal floods. The shrub of this plant has a long life and is resistant to seasonal floods, so that there are only shrubs along the rivers that were able to continue their life, and this is if other plants and shrubs survive during seasonal floods. which have high strength and are separated from the roots. On the first day of winter, with the wood of this shrub, together with sugar and water, in the cold of winter, they produce an edible foam that is similar to ice cream, this is how it is in the combination of sugar and cold water and in the cold weather outside At home, they stir this mixture with the sticks of the gaz shrub so much that they produce a thick foam like ice cream, and a local ice cream is related to the winter season. I will definitely post a picture of the local ice cream for you this year when the winter season comes again.
