Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les traigo unas fotografías de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de hoy. Luego de haberme enfermado, el día de hoy luego de llegar de la universidad tome el tiempo para entrenar un rato ya que había llegado un poco tarde y estaba algo cansado, a pesar de todo el entrenamiento fue corto pero un poco intenso, realicé algunos combos libres y luego con liga para terminar 💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I bring you some pictures of my training today. After getting sick, today after arriving from the university I took the time to train for a while since I had arrived a little late and I was a little tired, in spite of everything the training was short but a little intense, I did some free combos and then with a league to finish 💪🏽.
