Deben quedar pocos lugares actuales que cuenten con sus fotografías ordenadas en un álbum familiar. Solo los de la vieja escuela recuerdan esa evolución de las cámaras fotográficas y las limitaciones costosas que teníamos para imprimir las fotos.
Los rollos fotográficos venían de 12, 24 y 36 fotos. Había algunos más grandes pero eran costosos y más utilizados por un profesional de la fotografía. Y siempre tratabas de ahorrar juntando a todos en la foto.
Siempre podía salir alguna oscura que haya fallado. Después de esperar más de una semana y reunido el dinero para revelar el rollo, uno iba emocionado a retirar las fotos y los negativos.
Yo ya no tengo álbumes con nuevas fotos, todas están en digital, en la computadora y en los teléfonos móviles. Raramente las imprimes y las colocas en álbumes de fotos. Eso simplemente ya no se usa.

There must be few places left today that have their photographs organized in a family album. Only those of the old school remember that evolution of cameras and the expensive limitations we had to print photos.
The photographic rolls came with 12, 24 and 36 photos. There were some larger ones but they were expensive and more used by a photography professional. And you always tried to save by putting everyone together in the photo.
There could always be something obscure that failed. After waiting over a week and raising the money to develop the roll, one was excited to pick up the photos and negatives.
I no longer have albums with new photos, they are all digital, on the computer and on mobile phones. You rarely print them and put them in photo albums. That's simply not used anymore.
