I could not believe my eyes! When I saw the price for a denim jacket that I asked from an online vendor. So I asked myself? Is this how clothes are this expensive?
And it all begins with the picture below:
This coming sunday, my church at Abeokuta is celebrating their 20th anniversary. Because it is a special occasion, the musicians of the church, which some people may call us instrumentalists, chose a uniform for the program. That is where the denim jackets came to be.
Here is the genrated image using Meta AI of what we wanted the uniform to look like on us that day. This may not be exactly for everyone but a very close look. Some people may choose to wear blue denim, which would have a very different look. Here is another generated image of a blue denim jacket.
For real, Meta AI (Llama 3.2) does really great at generating images, most especially for the fact that it is also easily accessible and free to use! I am glad I was born in this generation.

#25,000 for a jacket; you will not believe what my budget was before asking for the price. I literally laughed at myself so hard. Okay, for real, I was expecting 7,000 naira or 10,000 naira max.
Imagine seeing 25k; I bet you can imagine my reaction to it.
Right now, I do not know what to do, whether to get it or not. So I thought, why not rant my thought here? Maybe at least I could raise some money to get the jacket because I cannot afford 25,000 naira like this. I am presently laughing at my broke self.
Imagine just $15 is making a rant like this. This 2025, I must 100x my finances.
