Hello there Friends, Happy Monday evening - and thank you for your visit!
This is post 35 in the #cyclingcommunity, and "again" the Green bike has a flat!
Luckily "these days" I am buying tubes in sets of two, so tomorrow it should be back on the road - "again"!
And I will be ordering more tubes as well. The rear tube on this bike is the last of the old ones - from last year, which I should have chanh d but didn't. I was hoping it would last longer - but didn't!
And so for the miles I did get in,
The Black bike:
This Monday at 190.73 miles / 306.95 kilometers
An increase of,
21.25 miles / 34.19 kilometers
And,
The Green bike:
This Monday at 35.123 miles / 56.52 kilometers
An increase of,
2.706 miles / 4.35 kilometers
So this puts the weekly total at,
23.956 miles / 38.55 kilometers (total) for the week as well. A tiny bit less than last week - I believe the flat slowed me down a little. Unfortunately we may have high winds for the next week, so we will see how far I get!
This puts the total for 2025 at,
225.853 miles / 363.47 kilometers for the year so far!
Numbers wise I am satisfied so far. I am going to have to really get on it over the next 6 weeks before it gets "too hot"!
