My dear friends, it is a pleasure for me to participate again here in this beautiful community @foodiesbeehive where we find wonderful recipes that you put together with a lot of love and care to put into practice.
Today I want to leave you with this super easy recipe, which for those people who are gluten intolerant or children who cannot consume it due to their condition, is fantastic, economical and easy. They are delicious cookies made with cornstarch and rice flour specifically, here are the ingredients to start their preparation, >I hope you like them.
INGREDIENTES
1 huevo
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
4 tablespoons of Stevia OR 3 tablespoons of sugar (this depends on how sweet you want them or if you can consume sugar, it's up to you)
3 tbsp oil or butter
Juice of 1/2 orange
Zest of 1 orange
80 g cornstarch
80 g of rice flour or something GLUTEN-FREE.
The first thing we are going to do is mix the egg, the sweetener or, failing that, the sugar, in my case I did not have Stevia and I used sugar. In my case I didn't want them to be too sweet since my baby is limited with this. We continue adding the oil, orange juice, and zest. Then the flour and cornstarch.
We mix manually with a hand mixer until it reaches the point that we should knead as it is a little more solid.
The oven must be previously heated to 200°C
We prepare a baking tray, butter paper,
Once the dough is ready so that it does not stick to your hands, we make small balls, flatten it a little with our hands and then with a fork when placing it on the tray.
Once on the tray we can put it in the oven for 20 -25 minutes, everything depends on each person's oven. They will be ready when they are slightly golden, they are light in color, and their texture is similar to alfajores. Remove from the oven and let them rest, when they are cold, store in a container with a lid to keep them.
Ready to enjoy with your family with a delicious coffee ☺️
I hope you like it until next time dear diners.
