Hey Actifit frens!
As always, I had a extremely busy day today and that’s how I was able to knock out over 8000 steps despite the fact that it was freezing cold outside. I did take my dog for a walk at lunch today. I did lunges squats lot of push-ups, and I also went to the gym and did chest day and leg day today. So all in all a ton of working out today .
