    For a happy mindful living, our mental health play a very crucial role. Mental health is important because it affects how we think, feel, and act, and it is a key factor in our ability to live healthy, productive lives. It is important at every stage of life. Mental health is responsible for a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. A person suffering from mental issues may end up with disruptive life. A sound mental well being helps people handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices in life.

    Mental health is a basic human right and is crucial to personal, community, and socio economic development. It is more than just the absence of mental disorders or disabilities. A person suffering from mental health may ends up with broken relationship, improper health issues which may lead to disruptive life. I happen to be in a situation few times in life. While it may occurs due to stressful events or situation in life, traumatic experiences in life, social or psychological factor. In my case it was once due to a broken trust in a relationship and then again recently when Dad passed away. Our mental health severly affects once we get emotionally attached to someone or when we stress ourself due various factor is life. I have seen people suffering from mental stress due to the exhausting work culture.

    Chasing sunsets, not shadows.

    I was severly affected and completelly lost interest. I prefer isolation than being in public. If I remember correctly, I find myself completelly lost in my life. It was tragic case of being getting into depression. But some timely intervention by known one helps me to recover and get back to myself. It is important to deal with the situation rather than surrendering. There are many ways to deal with mental health, including:

    • Get enough sleep, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and stay hydrated. We can also try relaxing activities, practicing gratitude, and focusing on being positive in life.
    • Talk to a friend, family member, or colleague, or stay connected through video calls, phone calls, or messaging apps. We can also build a social support network.
    • Avoid overthinking, and reacting to the situation. Find balance between positive and negative emotions, and take a break from negative information.

    • Rather than fighting we need to accept the situation. Radical acceptance is the idea of completely accepting something from the depths of your soul.

    • Avoid stress as much as possible. Taking a break, going out for a walk does helps us a lot in tough situation.

    Nature has been a greater healer. I am blessed to be living to a peaceful place which are abundant on natural gifts. Thanks to it that my stress gone too quickly than expected. Life is all about to live mindfully. People reacting unnecessary may lead to mental imbalances which ends up in affecting ourself. It is better to avoid as much as possible.
