Faith and Trust in God,
Hebrews chapter 11, verse 24 and 25.
By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh's daughter. He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God, rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin.
Moses showed immense faith in God, even when faced with seemingly impossible situations. His trust in God was unwavering, especially when leading the Israelites out of Egypt and through the Red Sea.
Leadership and obedience:
So now go, I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people, the Israelites, out of Egypt.
Exodus chapter 3, verse 10
Moses was called by God to lead the Israelites out of bondage in Egypt. Despite his initial reluctance, Moses obeyed God He led with humility and patience, relying on God's guidance.
Perseverance in the face of challenges:
Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid, stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today".
Exodus chapter 14, verse 13
Moses faced numerous challenges, including the stubbornness of Pharaoh, the complaints of the Israelites, and the trials of God. He was in the wilderness.
Despite these difficulties, Moses persevered, knowing that God was with him.
