Hello friends who love mushroom plants in the #FungiFriday community by @ewkaw, hopefully we are all in good health so we can carry out our activities very well. Keep working by providing your best work. Today I want to share two types of mushrooms that I found today, namely white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) and wood ear mushrooms (Auricularia auricula judae) which grow wild.
I know the name of the white oyster mushroom or Pleurotus ostreatus from search results on Google after I matched it with the photo of the mushroom I found. The information I got from various sources is that oyster mushrooms are mushrooms that can be consumed and even have many health benefits. But I still didn't dare to process the white oyster mushrooms that I found because they grow wild. Friends, please share comments via the comments column regarding the photos of wild oyster mushrooms that I found below
The next mushroom I found was ear fungus or Auricularia auricula judae. I can confirm that even though it grows wild, this mushroom is safe for consumption. Because wood ear fungus is not a foreign fungus to me. This mushroom can be consumed in various dishes, from stir-frying to making mushroom soup and it tastes quite delicious.
Thank you to all friends who have stopped by, I hope the photos I share are enjoyable.
