Uno de los anime de los que no tenía ni idea hasta que salió fue Oshi no Ko, pero luego de verlo me gusto tanto, que me anime a completar lo que hay del manga, y que sigue publicándose. El creador del manga es Aka Kayasaka. El anime se estrenó el 2023 con 11 episodios. Desarrollado por el estudio Doga Kobo, siendo sus directores Daisuke Hiramaki y Chao Nekotomia.
One of the anime that I had no idea about until it came out was Oshi no Ko, but after watching it I liked it so much, that I decided to complete what there is of the manga, which is still being published. Sinopsis: Goro es un doctor que acaba conociendo a la idol Ai Hoshino, cuando este le pide ayuda en su parto, que debe ser secreto. Sin embargo, Goro acaba encontrando la muerte cuando una persona desconocida la acaba acuchillando. Lo que no esperaba es que reviviría siendo uno de los hijos mellizos de Ai Hoshino. Desde ese momento intentará descubrir qué pasó con su muerte, mientras va conociendo el mundo de las idols y el entretenimiento.
Synopsis: Goro is a doctor who ends up meeting the idol Ai Hoshino, when he asks for help in her childbirth, which must be secret. Si bien lo de arriba es una sinopsis, oculta el gran motor de la trama, que luego de la muerte de un personaje importante, Goro, ahora Aqua, tratará de descubrir el asesino a toda costa, integrándose al mundo del entretenimiento. Por otro lado, tenemos una historia paralela, de la hermana de Aqua, Ruby, quien tratará de convertirse en una idol.
Although the above is a synopsis, it hides the great engine of the plot, that after the death of an important character, Goro, now Aqua, will try to discover the murderer at all costs, integrating himself to the world of entertainment. On the other hand, we have a parallel story of Aqua's sister, Ruby, who will try to become an idol.
Si bien al comienzo muestran la época de cuando Aqua y Ruby son bebés y niños; la historia se comenzará a desarrollar largamente en su época de instituto. La historia mezcla comedia y drama, que aparte de desarrollar las tramas, mostrará el mundo oculto del entretenimiento, de las películas o las idols; desde temas económicos, actuación, procedimientos, hasta las partes más controversiales, como el acoso online, la precariedad, la desgarrada competencia, etc.
Although at the beginning they show the time when Aqua and Ruby are babies and children; the story will begin to develop at length in their high school days. The story mixes comedy and drama, which apart from developing the plots, will show the hidden world of entertainment, movies or idols; from economic issues, acting, procedures, to the more controversial parts, such as online bullying, precariousness, heartbreaking competition, etc.
Una de las cosas que resaltan en este título son su variedad de personajes, diseño y desarrollo de los mismo, siendo cada uno bastante interesantes de conocer y lo que logran aportar cada uno en diversos aspectos a la trama.

En el anime, la primera temporada, ha mostrado una excelente animación, fluida en muchos momentos, con un buen juego de colores. A su vez, la música destaca con el opening Idol de la cantante Yoasobi, llegó a ser bastante popular, siendo la canción japonesa más vista del 2023.

En el manga tenemos las ilustraciones de Mengo Yokoyari. Actualmente ya van más de 140 capítulos. Por lo que he leído me parece que ya están en los últimos arcos, pero no lo aseguro.
