Este lunes 18 de marzo, anuncia El Real Madrid a travez de un comunicado que ha presentado una denuncia ante el "Comité de Disciplina de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol" (RFEF) contra el árbitro que dirigió su partido ante Osasuna, Juan Martínez Munuera, por "la redacción negligente del acta arbitral", en el que asegura que "omitió de forma voluntaria y deliberada" los insultos que recibió el brasileño Vinicius Junior.

On Monday, March 18, Real Madrid announced in a press release that it has filed a complaint with the "Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation" (RFEF) against the referee who officiated their match against Osasuna, Juan Martínez Munuera, for "the negligent drafting of the referee's report", in which he claims that he "deliberately and willfully omitted" the insults received by Brazilian Vinicius Junior.
El conjunto madridista también ha presentado una denuncia ante el mismo órgano federativo en relación con los "citados insultos y gritos vejatorios", y ha dado traslado de los mismos a la Comisión Estatal contra la Violencia, el Racismo, la Xenofobia y la Intolerancia en el Deporte, con el objetivo de que se identifique a las personas que los realizaron en El Sadar para que sean sancionados.
El Real Madrid da el paso de la denuncia al colegiado Martínez Munuera lamentando "los graves insultos proferidos, una vez más, contra Vinicius Junior", en esta ocasión en el estadio de Osasuna.
Real Madrid has also filed a complaint with the same federative body in relation to the "aforementioned insults and vexatious shouts", and has transferred them to the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport, with the aim of identifying the people who made them at El Sadar so that they can be sanctioned.
Real Madrid takes the step of denouncing the referee Martínez Munuera regretting "the serious insults made, once again, against Vinicius Junior", on this occasion at the Osasuna stadium.
"REDACCIÓN NEGLIGENTE"
"Nuestro club ha presentado una denuncia ante el Comité de Disciplina de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol contra el árbitro del partido Juan Martínez Munuera, como consecuencia de la redacción negligente del acta arbitral", asegura en un escrito en el que apunta que el colegiado "omitió, de forma voluntaria y deliberada, los insultos y gritos vejatorios dirigidos de forma reiterada hacia Vinicius, pese a ser advertido de manera insistente por nuestros jugadores en el mismo momento en el que estos se estaban produciendo".
"NEGLIGENT DRAFTING"
"Our club has filed a complaint with the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation against the referee of the match Juan Martínez Munuera, as a result of the negligent drafting of the referee's minutes," he states in a letter in which he points out that the referee "omitted, voluntarily and deliberately, the insults and vexatious shouts directed repeatedly towards Vinicius, despite being warned insistently by our players at the very moment in which they were occurring."
"Ante estos lamentables hechos ocurridos en El Sadar, el Real Madrid ha ampliado la denuncia que el pasado viernes 15 de marzo presentó ante la Fiscalía General del Estado contra los delitos de odio y discriminación, por los insultos racistas y de odio dirigidos hacia Vinicius en las inmediaciones del estadio Olímpico de Montjuic y del estadio Metropolitano de Madrid, solicitando que se identifique a los autores de los mismos".
El equipo presidido por Florentino Pérez cierra su comunicado condenando los "violentos ataques de racismo, discriminación y odio" que está sufriendo de forma reiterada Vinicius, y exige "que se tomen, de una vez por todas, las medidas que sean necesarias a fin de erradicar la violencia".

The team presided by Florentino Pérez closes its statement by condemning the "violent attacks of racism, discrimination and hatred" that Vinicius is repeatedly suffering, and demands "that the necessary measures be taken, once and for all, to eradicate violence"
