¡Hey! ¿Cómo están, familia de Full Deportes? Les mando un saludo y un fuerte abrazo de mi parte para todos ustedes. Espero que todos estén disfrutando de un buen fin de semana. Hace una semana fui a la Playa Manaure, ubicada en la ciudad de Punto Fijo, Estado Falcón. Había una competencia organizada por Hive y SWC. Fui uno de los atletas seleccionados para participar en este gran evento frente al mar.
Hey, how are you, Full Deportes family? I send greetings and a big hug from me to all of you. I hope you are all having a great weekend. A week ago I went to Manaure Beach, located in the city of Punto Fijo, Falcon State. There was a competition organised by Hive and SWC. I was one of the athletes selected to participate in this great event in front of the sea.

Quiero compartir con ustedes lo hermoso que es hacer calistenia en la playa, sobre todo la vista que hay detrás y lo diferente que llega a ser en comparación con el parque donde siempre entreno. La verdad es que estaba muy feliz de poder estar presente en el evento y en la playa, ya que tenía muchísimo tiempo sin visitar una. Luego de competir, uno de mis amigos nos dijo que tomáramos varias fotografías haciendo cualquier estático que tuviéramos. Conseguimos un lugar para lograr hacer unas buenas tomas; en mi caso, hice parada de manos y front lever.
I want to share with you how beautiful it is to do calisthenics on the beach, especially the view behind and how different it is compared to the park where I always train. The truth is that I was very happy to be able to be present at the event and at the beach, as I hadn't visited one for a long time. After the race, one of my friends told us to take some pictures doing whatever static we had. We got a spot to get some good shots; in my case, I did a handstand and front lever.

Estaba cansado luego de la competencia; sin embargo, al ver esa hermosa vista no podía dejarlo pasar. Como podrán ver, realicé la parada de manos, un elemento que puedes hacer donde sea y cuando quieras una vez que lo domines. Siempre he querido hacer la parada en la playa y se volvió realidad. Además, intenté hacer el One Arm Handstand; ¡es increíble poder dominar tu cuerpo con un solo brazo! 😍
I was tired after the competition; however, seeing that beautiful view I couldn't let it go. As you can see, I did the handstand, an element that you can do anywhere and anytime once you master it. I have always wanted to do the handstand on the beach and it became a reality. I also tried the One Arm Handstand; it's amazing to be able to dominate your body with just one arm! 😍

También hice front lever, y me gustó bastante esa fotografía haciéndolo en la playa. Esto es un punto a favor del Street Workout: lo puedes hacer en cualquier parte del mundo, siempre y cuando tengas creatividad y motivación. Bien chicos, sin más que decir, ha sido un gusto poder compartir esto con ustedes. ¡Bendiciones! 😁
I also did front lever, and I quite liked that picture of me doing it on the beach. That's one thing in favour of Street Workout: you can do it anywhere in the world, as long as you have creativity and motivation.
