Maybe it's the economy, or it's something else, but I've been really overworking myself for the past few weeks now. The reason is that I've realized that sometimes you have to sacrifice something before you can get something else in return.
In my case, my time and energy are the sacrifice that has to be paid. From trying to stay consistent here on Hive(which isn't going that well) plus growing my X account to 500 followers so I can eventually get my blue tick.
I planned earlier on starting with YouTube but then I wanted to make slow changes without rushing, so I'd rather stick with what I'm already good at for now. That's writing.
Both Hive and X are text-based so I think starting there would be a good choice since I don't have to go get a new phone just to be able to record clean videos.
I think in about 3 weeks now, I was able to grow my X account from 18 followers to almost 80 today. I know it's not that much, but organic as I had to engage with a lot of people and posts and also get to write my own.
Hive has so much potential but my issue there is that I need to find a way to buy more and more without having to sell any Hive.
So that's where other social apps come in as the amount generated would be used to cater
