Replacing the motorbike battery, changing the front tire of the motorbike and also tightening the motorbike chain

Today I had to go back to the repair shop because my brother's motorbike suddenly wouldn't start with the starter and had to be cranked which was quite draining. After I checked it myself at home, it turned out that the problem was with the motorbike's battery which had run out of power, that's natural. Just remember we have used this motorbike together for approximately 4 years.

When we arrived at our regular repair shop, I immediately asked the mechanic to replace the battery with a new one. Today I immediately replaced a good battery with the GS SEALED MF brand so that it would last longer.

After removing the old battery, the new battery was immediately installed, and on the first start my brother's CB 150 R motorbike immediately started again as usual.

So, apart from replacing the battery today, I decided to replace the front tire of the motorbike which is no longer suitable for use because the tire rubber is very thin, I also chose a tire that is of good quality so that it is safe and comfortable when used.

The mechanic immediately replaced the front tire of the motorbike with a new tire. After the 2 items had been replaced, when I was about to go home I still felt that there was something missing from this motorbike.

It turns out that the problem is that the motorbike chain is starting to loosen, I have now asked the mechanic again to tighten the motorbike chain so that it is more comfortable when carrying it and also to increase safety, because if the chain is too loose I could have an accident when carrying the motorbike. This is what made me fall when the chain suddenly came out of the chain plate while I was riding.

After a few moments the mechanic really tightened the chain, finally the chain was now back to normal, before paying I was asked by the mechanic at this workshop to try riding this motorbike so that I could feel whether this motorbike was comfortable again when riding.

After I felt that there was nothing missing from this motorbike, I immediately went back to the workshop to pay for all the prices of the items I requested to be replaced and also the installation services, and after totaling everything, the price I had to pay was Rp. 700,000 or equivalent to $44,90 USD.

This is my activity in repairing my brother's motorbike which had a few problems today, see you in my next post.
