Been such a busy weekend and now starting my work week again. Busy because my sous had a fall and hit her head so she's out of action until further notice. So all of the staff meal cooking falls on my now and here's what I prepared for supper last weekend.
- Quinoa flat bread
- Chicken chop
- Curly Fries
- Breakfast sausages
- Mushrooms & spinach with truffle
- Baked beans
- Scrambled eggs
Lots of components to make a big breakfast so it was good that it wasn't such a busy service that I was able to prepare the meal well.
A hearty and enjoyable meal to end the weekend.
