    The Nigerian national football team which is popular know as the super eagle 🦅 of Nigeria, has been a shining star ⭐ ever since existence in 1945. This has been an amazing experience for the team and the people of the country due to the great potential of its players.
    It is well known that the strength of a football ⚽ team or club lies in the ability of its player, because skilled and talented players are the backbone of any successful football team. Their individual abilities in dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending contribute directly to the team's performance on the field and the ability of players to perform consistently, especially in high-pressure situations such as crucial matches or decisive moments, can make all the difference between victory and defeat. Footballers do the workings and bring the glory to their clubs and teams.

    Nigerian has been producing football superstars at the country level, Africa and world 🌎 at large. Highly skillful, talented, valued and well honored football superstars have been birthed from around the shore of Nigeria, who are performing excellently well in their clubs all over the world. Among which is Victor Osimhen, Alexander iwobi, Calvin Bassey, Taiwo Awoniyi, Samuel Chukwueze, Emmanuel Emenike, Ahmed Musa, Victor Moses, Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Terem Moffi, Igoh Ogbu, Victor Boniface, Stanley Nwabali and many more. All these players have been exploiting their various clubs, breaking records.

    Victor Osimhen : he won the league's Best Striker award, before also being named Serie A Footballer of the Year a few months later. Osimhen is currently the highest scoring African player in the history of Serie A. Osimhen finished in eighth place at the 2023 Ballon d'Or ceremony, becoming the first Nigerian to make the top ten of the French award.[15] He was also named the African Footballer of the Year at the 2023 CAF Awards, the first Nigerian to receive this honour since Nwankwo Kanu in 1999, his currently the African best player and he is playing in Napali.

    Taiwo Awoniyi : Awoniyi has been a revelation for Nottingham Forest, with five goal contributions in eight appearances in the English Premier League. The 26-year-old has scored three goals and also chipped in with two assists. Last season, Awoniyi was pivotal as the Tricky Trees avoided relegation scoring 10 goals and providing one assist in 27 appearances. The forward has hit the ground running again in the season he is proving to be one of the most valuable assets for Nottingham forest.

    Kelechi Iheanacho: Iheanacho has been in fine form for Leicester City, scoring six goals in 17 appearances across all competitions. He has also contributed two assists and has been a key player for the team.
    Last season, Iheanacho scored five goals and provided five assists in 28 appearances in the Premier League as the Foxes were relegated. However, he has been a bright spark in the team leading their return to the English topflight.

    Stanley Nwabali: goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has etched his name into Nigerian history after keeping four consecutive clean sheets at the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON 2023.
    The Chippa United glovesman now holds the absolute record for the longest clean sheet among Nigerian goalkeepers only as he remained unbeaten for 493 minutes across six games until he was finally beaten from the spot by Teboho Mokoena. He currently plays for Chippa United in South Africa.
