Prepare the Filling:
- Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add whipping cream and strawberry jam, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag, pipe into 50g portions, and freeze until solid.

- Combine corn starch, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any lumps, cover with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes, and steam until cooked.
Knead the Dough:
- Once cooked, add butter to the dough and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Pull and stretch the dough repeatedly to enhance elasticity.
Assemble the Mochi:
- Divide the dough into 40g pieces and roll into balls.
- Dust with cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking.
- Place each dough ball into a mold, add the strawberry cheese filling, and seal the top.
- Trim any excess dough, dust with more cooked flour, and sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top.
