    Skin:

    • 100g glutinous rice flour
    • 30g corn starch
    • 15g sugar
    • 160g milk
    • 10g butter

    Filling:

    • 100g cream cheese
    • 15g sugar
    • 100g strawberry jam
    • 180g whipping cream

    Topping:

    • Chopped Oreos

    Steps:

    1. Prepare the Filling:

      • Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
      • Add whipping cream and strawberry jam, mixing until well combined.
      • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag, pipe into 50g portions, and freeze until solid.
    2. Make the Mochi Dough:

      • Combine corn starch, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and milk. Mix until smooth.
      • Strain the mixture to remove any lumps, cover with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes, and steam until cooked.
    3. Knead the Dough:

      • Once cooked, add butter to the dough and knead until smooth and elastic.
      • Pull and stretch the dough repeatedly to enhance elasticity.
    4. Assemble the Mochi:

      • Divide the dough into 40g pieces and roll into balls.
      • Dust with cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking.
      • Place each dough ball into a mold, add the strawberry cheese filling, and seal the top.
      • Trim any excess dough, dust with more cooked flour, and sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top.
