We Filipinos,usually have a heavy meal,with a viand and rice in the table for meal.
Sometimes,we only have a piece of pandesal bread and coffee for breakfast ,but my family especially my kids are not contented with bread and milk for morning ,I always prepared rice and viand for them.
So ,for today's blog ,I will be sharing to you what I prepared for breakfast.
We had buttered shrimp and mix vegetables for breakfast.
I don't have some photos on preparing it coz it was out of mind haha.
Anyway ,this food is so easy to prepare.
Mix vegetables
We can buy some mix vegetables in the market for $1 per kilo .This recipe is so easy and quick to prepare.
All you have to do is saute a slice garlic and onion then follow the mix vegetables.
Add soysauce ,black pepper to taste.
You can add chicken powder or oyster sauce.
I had also a chicharon here for toppings ,anyway a chicharon is a fried pork skin ,this is so tasty and crunchy.
Buttered shrimp
This recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare.
In a hot pot melt a butter then saute the garlice .When the garlic turns brown ,add the shrimp then add soysauce ,pepper or seasoning to taste.
If you love garlic ,then put more garlic for a better taste.
After 3minutes ,the buttered shrimp is ready to serve.
Anyway ,on cooking what do you prefer to saute first ,is it the garlic or the onion?
Mostly I've seen from a cooking show ,they saute first the onion before the garlic coz they said that the garlic are easily to burn.
But me ,I saute them both in the same time hahaha.
