It's been a good day for me today as I could gather the money required to buy the spell book for Splinterlands and here I am sharing the details of my experience of the spell book purchase and starting the battles after some gap.
First of all, I would like to thank many Hive users who have supported on my blogs in the last 2 3 weeks which has yielded the HBD required for me to purchase the spell book and here I share the details.
As I share above, I now have 15 HBD and I need 10 HBD to purchase the spell book which will enable me to battle as I have done these days but will enable me to earn SPS token or Crypto which is the other Crypto for the Splinterlands and I think that will be a new beginning for me to start earning more Crypto as I have already earned Hive and HBD as part of blog rewards and I think there are few other tokens I got on Hive Engine although I don't understand much about those yet.
That confirms that I am now able to purchase the spell book and I got into the page where I need to confirm on the user name required and I see I am not allowed to use abcxyz123 or abcxyz1231_lite, so I had to select the user name abcxyz1231 and that will be the username with which, I am going to battle from today!!!
I am not sure how easy it is to remember all these different accounts which we have to use. Because, my twitter ID and the new Splinterlands user ID matches and I should be ok with that, but my Hive user ID is still abcxyz123 using which, I am blogging so far, so it will take some time for me to get used to these account id's
Yes, everything is set and happy to receive 3.5K credits as well with the purchase of spell book and I should start earning glint and sps both.
using the credits, I even purchased water splinter summoner and few water splinter monster cards as the starter cards are not winning me any battles and also there will be reduction in rewards percentage for using starter cards as we keep on getting alert.
This is definitely beginning of a something new and I am sure this Splinterlands game not only makes me play but as I have already done, I can write about the battles or cards or strategy and earn Crypto like I am doing right now.
The Crypto market right now is booming as I think I was reading about Hive which has gone up to 0.64 and is now hovering around $0.58 per Hive token.
I am sure the early investors in this Crypto are reaping rewards now and I will start earning the Hive and will keep investing in Splinterlands, will save some portion of it and also try to explore other communities and members of Hive as I start exploring it further.
Once again I feel happy to thank all the supporters with Splinterlands team being the main one and I would like to continue my journey on Hive.
