Hello friends of Hive and Liketu! How are you? I hope you woke up very well and your morning went in the best way. Today I woke up calm because I didn't have to get up so early to go to the office, since I had asked for permission to get my passport, and as I arrived very late I couldn't go to work in the afternoon shift, also the power was out, so I decided not to attend for that shift.

I wanted to share this post earlier but it was really difficult. Today I want to share with you a little bit more about my outing with Gabo. In these photos that I share with you this time, we were already in Charlotte. When our order was delivered we had some problems.

The quality of the hamburgers has gone down a lot, they put a lot of sauce and a melted yellow cheddar cheese that makes the burger very gooey. Gabo and I have always loved going to Charlotte since the first time we went, mainly because of their hamburgers, because that first day we went and got to know the place, the burgers were so tasty that we wanted to repeat. But unfortunately this time it was not the case.

We also had problems with the soda we ordered. We didn't want to drink soda, in fact, in the past we have always ordered neutral juice, but this day we went there was a "promotion" for hamburgers and it included the soda, we asked for that promotion. When they brought the soda to our table, I proceeded to open it to pour it into the glasses with ice, and noticed that the soda was very very clear. I know Pepsi is a little clearer than Coke, but not as clear as it looked when I poured it into the glass. We called the waitress and mentioned it to her and she proceeded to get us another soda, but when we uncapped it, it was the same. Gabo had told me that the soda had no gas and since the bottle did not have the expiration date on it (as every product should have) I said that it was most likely expired. The waitress called the manager and she told us that the soda had been the same one sold all day, and they could not change it for another one, nor could they refund the money.

It bothered us at a certain point because we could not drink it, it was like drinking water with a little bit of gas and sugar, literally... After trying another soft drink, it tasted good, so we left it... we started to eat and talk to forget what had happened.

Despite this, Gabo and I knew how to handle the situation and not let what happened to us disturb our evening and sharing in Charlotte. 🙌🏻

¡Hola amigos de Hive y Liketu! ¿Como están? Espero que hayan amanecido muy bien y su mañana haya transcurrido de la mejor manera. Yo el día de hoy amanecí tranquila porque no me debía levantar tan temprano para ir a la oficina, ya que había pedido permiso para buscar mi pasaporte, y como llegué muy tarde no pude ir en el turno de la tarde al trabajo, también se había ido la luz, así que decidí no asistir para ese turno.

Quería compartir este post más temprano pero realmente se me dificultó. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poquito más acerca de mi salida con Gabo. En estas fotos que les comparto en esta oportunidad, ya nos encontrábamos en Charlotte. Cuando nos entregaron nuestro pedido tuvimos varios problemas.

La calidad de las hamburguesas ha bajado muchísimo, le ponen muchísima salsa y aparte un queso amarillo tipo “Cheddar” derretido que hace que la hamburguesa sea muy empalagosa. Gabo y yo siempre hemos amado ir a Charlotte desde la primera vez que fuimos, principalmente por sus hamburguesas, porque ese primer día que fuimos y conocimos el lugar las hamburguesas estaban tan sabrosas que queríamos repetir. Pero lamentablemente en esta oportunidad no fue así.

También tuvimos problemas con el refresco que pedimos. No queríamos tomar refresco, de hecho, anteriormente siempre hemos pedido jugo neutral, pero este día que fuimos había una “promoción” de hamburguesas e incluía el refresco, pedimos esa promoción. Cuando nos llevaron el refresco a la mesa, yo procedí a abrirlo para echarlo en los vasos con hielo, y me di cuenta que el refresco estaba muy muy claro. Yo sé que la Pepsi es un poco más clara que la Coca-Cola, pero no tan clara como se veía cuando la eché en el vaso. Llamamos a la mesera y le hicimos mención y ella procedió a buscarnos otro refresco, pero al destaparlo estaba igual. Gabo me había dicho que el refresco no tenía gas y como el envase no tenía la fecha de vencimiento plasmada (como todo producto debe tener) yo dije que lo más probable es que estuviera vencido. La mesera nos llamó a la encargada y está nos dijo que el refresco ha sido el mismo que se ha vendido en todo el día, y no podían cambiarlo por otro, así como tampoco podían devolver el dinero.

Nos molestó en cierto punto porque no podíamos beberlo, era como tomar agua con un poquitico de gas y con azúcar, literal… Luego de probar con otro refresco, ese si estuvo bien en sabor, así que lo dejamos… empezamos a comer y a platicar para olvidar lo sucedido.

A pesar de ello, Gabo y yo supimos manejar la situación y no dejar que eso que nos pasó perturbara nuestra tarde y compartir en Charlotte. 🙌🏻
