Hello, friends. Recently I have innovated again and I have discovered a new juice recipe that I am sure you will love. This time I have dared to baptize it as starry lemon juice, for obvious reasons, thanks to the fruits I used: lemon and carambola.
I knew that something wonderful would come out of these two fruits since the carambola has a unique and slightly acidic flavor that could complement well the acidic and citric flavor of the lemon.
Ingredients:
- 2 carambolas
- 2 medium lemons
- 3/4 cup of sugar (about 150 grams or so)
- 1 liter of water

The first thing to do was to wash the carambolas, I cut them into smaller pieces to make the blending process easier. I squeezed the lemons, pouring all their juice into the blender and added the sugar and water. I blended all this for about 22 seconds, more or less, until I obtained a mixture.

Afterwards I had to use the strainer to remove the excess, such as the seeds of the carambola. In the end, I obtained about 1250 grams of amazing juice.

To finish I added a small slice of carambola on the rim of my glass, as a kind of tropical garnish. And then, it was time to taste it.
The taste is great. I can't find the right words to describe it, but I can tell you that it is absolutely unique. It doesn't compare to any other juice I've tasted before. The concentration of citrus in this concoction makes it perfect for mixing with other flavors or just enjoying it on its own.
So, I invite you to try this marvel of Star Lime juice. I'm sure it will become an instant favorite.
