昨天看预报今天有雨的,早上就没有起很早,结果上午没下,预报又是下午有雨,等到晚上也没下一滴雨😆好像又好久没做水光肌馒头了,反正今年这是第一次做。笼屉入手这么久,做了几次面食都是做的包子,当初买竹笼屉就是为了做水光肌馒头,没买的时候天天心心念念着,到手后就没有想得欲望了🤣拖了那么久。
做过水光肌馒头的宝子都知道,这款馒头戗面有点费时间,这个季节的温度,制作过程中如果你磨磨蹭蹭,那等你完成最后一个时,那一二名已经发酵好了。(今天我也是磨磨蹭蹭,👀在追剧,手在做馒头哈哈)揉面不熟练的宝子又或者你城市温度很高,先揉好的就冰箱冷藏吧!记得盖上湿布哦~
这是800g面粉的量,才出两笼。下次就知多少克粉可以蒸三笼啦哈哈😄主要是两层和三层蒸的时间是一样的,当然是蒸三层更划算咯~吃不完可以急冻的嘛!面水的比例是2:1常温水就可。
我用的就是普通面粉,看到有网友用低筋面粉做馒头。低筋粉虽然我没用过它做馒头,但是口感应该是比普通面粉做出的馒头口感更软一些,只是低筋粉做戗面馒头可能有点大材小用了,因为反复揉搓还是会起劲,相比较普通面粉性价比更高一些!
今天和面用的是和面机,800g面粉量真的是难为它了😂
