hello... last season brought us some good animes, one of them Sousou no Frieren, which I already told you about and another one that for me has also been very good, is "Shangri-La Frontier: Kusoge Hunter, Kamige ni Idoman to su", you may wonder what is so good about this series and well... that it is among the 10 most watched in some countries, says a lot. I will tell you a little bit ahead of time that if you are a fan of open world video games, you have to watch it.

This anime is about Rakurou Hizutome, a high school student, who searches for the worst games out there, full of bugs and glitches, to give them a chance. But they are not just any games, they are those where you can enter with virtual reality. Throughout his short life he has had many experiences in such games, some very unpleasant, as well as some jewels among so much garbage. Until he decides to try one AAA (which are the high-end games) called Shangri-La Frontier, a game that has many mysteries and special scenarios.

His experience in the other games, make everything less complicated in the new one (I must clarify that he is not the typical super powerful protagonist, or that he gets imaginary powers), as he is used to not following rules or paths, he skips the instructions, launching himself into a digital world that he had never explored before. This leads him to one of the supreme bosses, which leaves him in serious trouble, although? it also gives him certain advantages.

I'm very excited about this anime, because in case you don't know, I'm a videogame programmer and I like to play, and see mechanics, I've always imagined creating something similar to how this anime, or well SAO too. That experience of feeling you can do whatever you want, in a gigantic world, well... it's something I've been thinking about for a long time. Of course... it is not something easy to create and much less alone, the game within the anime has a lot of autonomous moments, which perhaps can be implemented with AIs today.

Returning to the anime, I must say that the animation is very well done, the battles are epic, there is a strategy behind. Its plot solves each of the enigmas, which it leaves as the episodes go by, in a natural way.

In general terms, the anime is about action and fantasy, it was released on October 1 of last year, so far 23 episodes have been broadcasted, and it will have a total of 25 episodes. For now there has been no talk of a second season, but being one of the most watched anime, possibly if it arrives at some point, since the manga is still in broadcast and only 4 arcs of the 9 have been adapted, so there is hope.

I highly recommend it if you like fights and good stories, I give it an 8.5/10, because... in the end it has some short scenes that are not relevant to the story and it seems to me a waste of time and effort.

Hola... la temporada pasada nos trajo buenos animes, uno de ellos Sousou no Frieren, del cual ya les hable y otro que para mí también ha sido muy bueno, es "Shangri-La Frontier: Kusoge Hunter, Kamige ni Idoman to su", se preguntarán que tiene de bueno esta serie y pues... que esté entre los 10 mas visto en algunos paises, dice mucho. Les adelantaré un poco diciendo, que si son amantes de los videojuegos de mundo abierto, te lo tienes que ver.

Este anime trata de Rakurou Hizutome un estudiante de preparatoria, que busca los peores juegos que existan, llenos de errores y fallos, para darle una oportunidad. Pero no son cualquier juego, son aquellos donde se pueda entrar con realidad virtual. A lo largo sé su corta vida ha jugado tenido muchas experiencias en dichos juegos, tanto unos muy desagradables, como alguna joya entre tanta basura. Hasta que decide probar uno AAA (que son los juegos de alta gama) llamado Shangri-La Frontier, un juego que tiene muchos misterios y escenarios especiales.

Su experiencia en los otros juegos, hacen que en el nuevo, todo sea menos complicado (debo aclarar que no es el típico protagonista super poderoso, o que se saca poderes imaginarios), como está acostumbrado a no seguir reglas ni caminos, se salta las instrucciones, lanzándose a un mundo digital que nunca había explorado. Esto lo lleva a uno de los jefes supremo, que lo deja en serios problemas, aunque... también le da ciertas ventajas.

Me emociona mucho este anime, ya que por si no lo saben, soy programador de videojuegos y me gusta jugar, y ver mecánicas, siempre me he imaginado crear algo similar a como lo plantea este anime, o bueno también SAO. Esa experticia de sentir puedes hacer lo que quieras, en un mundo gigantesco, pues... es algo que he pensado desde hace mucho. Claro... no es algo fácil de crear y mucho menos solo, el juego dentro del anime tiene muchísimos momentos autónomos, que quizás se puedan implementar con IAs en la actualidad.

Volviendo al anime, debo decir que está muy bien hecha la animación, las batallas son épicas, hay una estrategia detrás. Su trama resuelve cada uno de los enigmas, que deja al pasar los episodios, de una forma natural.

Ya en términos generales del anime, es de acción y fantasía, salió el 1 de octubre del año pasado, hasta ahora lleva 23 episodios emitidos, va a contar con un total de 25 episodios. Por ahora no se ha hablado de una segunda temporada, pero al ser uno de los animes más visto, posiblemente si llegue en algún momento, ya que su manga sigue en emisión y solo se han adaptado 4 arcos de los 9. Es decir, que hay esperanzas.

Se los recomiendo mucho si les gustan las peleas y las buenas historias, yo le doy un 8.5/10, porque... al final tienen unos cortos que no son relevantes para la historia y me parece una perdida de esfuerzo y tiempo.
