Hello, today is my 3rd day of exercising. Today I exercised since 5 pm. Since I started exercising, I felt that I woke up early. This time is a peaceful time for exercising because there are not many people and no cars. But the road where I exercise and the place where I usually exercise do not have many cars or people. There are only people in the village because the area where I live is a village alley, not a main road, so it is quite quiet. Today I started by walking to exercise and when my body started to feel warm, I started running. Today my legs feel a little tight. It should be because of exercising. On the 3rd day, I hoped that they would be stronger.
Yesterday I walked more than I ran, today I ran more than I walked. And sometimes I ran on my toes and sometimes on my heels to distribute the weight across the soles of my feet. When I was tired, I stopped to rest and walked at intervals. While I was running, I thought about the atmosphere. The overall atmosphere was good, the wind was cool and comfortable. While running, I tried to watch my breath in and out, breathing in deeply and breathing out, I felt comfortable. On my third day of running, I thought about my body and mind when I thought about the distance and setting criteria. Using the app to help my body was very good. I will try to exercise and set exercise goals as a duty that I have to do. As for my wife, she exercises quite often, which makes her diligently push me to exercise often. I am mostly good at gardening because I think that is exercise. But my wife told me that it is not the same. She kept urging me to exercise many times and this was the answer. She succeeded. At first, I thought of exercising and running to be her friend, but now my mind has changed.
Because my body, legs, waist and stomach began to be stronger. It was not like gardening as she said, because it was exercise by tensing and moving the muscles. When I ran to my goal, my wife and I went to the store to buy breakfast and food to offer to the monks, and also bought some snacks for my aunt. When we returned to the garden house, my wife prepared breakfast for me and our daughter. When we finished eating breakfast, I went to send my daughter to school, then stopped by my animals to take the cows to eat grass.
Back to the garden house, if mom goes to take a bath, when finished, take mom to rest. I walked to the front garden, in my vegetable area. Today I prepared bamboo to make a trellis for the gourd that I planted. Now it's starting to grow, it needs something to support it, so it can climb. So I brought bamboo to plant the bed where I planted vegetables, so that it can support itself up. At first, before it came out in this shape, I planned to use more equipment, such as using nails to hammer into the wooden posts and using bolts on the other side as fasteners.
And finally I figured out a simple way by using bamboo and rope to tie it to make it convenient or pull it out when these vegetables expire. It will be easy to dismantle. When the vegetable trellis and gourds are done, "temporarily" I also planted tomatoes in this area. The tomatoes are now starting to bloom and bear fruit, so I used ropes to tie them to support the tomato plants and the sticks that I planted. Because the tomato plants have many fruits. Finished clearing the area for planting vegetables. After exercising, it's time to open the app again to check if I exercised and gardened as planned today to increase my body's strength. When I sat down to write the post, it showed that I saw my video was shot upside down. I'll improve next time. This time I shot a video, causing my image to tilt and not come out beautifully.
