Muy buenas tardes amigos, saludos! El día de hoy les quiero contar como fue mi experiencia durante las practicas comunitarias, estoy muy contenta porque luego de mes y medio ahora me toca rotar a las practicas hospitalarias.
Cuando comencé las prácticas comunitarias para mí fue todo un reto debido a que se me dificultaba tomar el transporte debido a la situación que se vive en Venezuela, debía llegar a las 7:00 am y en ocasiones no podía llegar a la hora, pero hacia lo imposible para ser puntual y no dejar de asistir, ya que enfermería requiere de mucha disciplina, responsabilidad y puntualidad.
Para mí ha sido la experiencia más bonita que pude tener como estudiante de enfermería, el primer día que asistimos al ambulatorio la coordinadora del mismo nos recibió, además nos dio un recorrido para conocer cada servicio, nos orientó acerca de las actividades que debíamos realizar, por otra parte nos proporcionó las medidas de bioseguridad.
Durante ese mes y medio conocí, compartí con otros profesionales de salud y también con estudiantes de enfermería de otras universidades, donde intercambiamos conocimientos y aprendíamos unos de los otros. Aprendí a desenvolverme más, ya que soy una persona de muy pocas palabras y durante mis practicas debía interactuar a diario con los pacientes y familiares.

Reforcé mis conocimientos y habilidades en cada procedimiento, tuve la oportunidad de compartir mis conocimientos con cada usuario que asistía a las consultas, pude orientar y promocionar la salud para la prevención de enfermedades, todo esto con el fin de que cada persona mantenga un bienestar óptimo.
También tuve la oportunidad de visitar los hogares de las familias más vulnerables como por ejemplo pacientes crónicos, entre ellos diabéticos e hipertensos, así como también embarazadas, y niños con esquemas de vacunas incompleto, donde junto a mis compañeros realizamos encuestas, proporcionamos los cuidados que requerían, además de la educación y orientación como parte de la promoción a la salud, la enfermera comunitaria tiene el rol de ir directamente a las comunidades y buscar los grupos de personas más vulnerables para así brindar la atención que necesita.
Sin duda alguna uno de los servicios que más me gusto fue pediatría, me encantan los niños y poder compartir un momento con cada uno de ellos me lleno de felicidad, también me gusto el poder orientar a las madres y/o padres que asistían con sus hijos ya que muchos de ellos tenían déficit de conocimientos en cuanto los cuidados que debían de tener como por ejemplo, alimentación, lactancia, higiene, inmunización.
La enfermería comunitaria me deja muchos conocimientos que son necesarios para mi desarrollo como profesional de la salud, ahora entraré en una nueva etapa de aprendizaje donde estoy segura que terminaré con éxito.

Good afternoon friends, greetings! Today I want to tell you about my experience during the community practices, I am very happy because after a month and a half now I have to rotate to the hospital practices.
When I started the community practices for me it was a challenge because it was difficult for me to take transport due to the situation in Venezuela, I had to arrive at 7:00 am and sometimes I could not arrive on time, but I did impossible to be punctual and not stop attending, since nursing requires a lot of discipline, responsibility and punctuality.
For me it has been the most beautiful experience that I could have as a nursing student, the first day we attended the outpatient clinic the coordinator of the same received us, she also gave us a tour to know each service, she guided us about the activities that we should carry out, on the other hand, it provided us with biosafety measures.
During that month and a half I met, shared with other health professionals and also with nursing students from other universities, where we exchanged knowledge and learned from each other. I learned to cope more, since I am a person with very few words and during my practices I had to interact daily with patients and families.
I reinforced my knowledge and skills in each procedure, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge with each user who attended the consultations, I was able to guide and promote health for the prevention of diseases, all this in order for each person to maintain optimal well-being .
I also had the opportunity to visit the homes of the most vulnerable families such as chronic patients, including diabetics and hypertensive patients, as well as pregnant women, and children with incomplete vaccination schedules, where together with my colleagues we conducted surveys, we provided the care that required, in addition to education and guidance as part of health promotion, the community nurse has the role of going directly to the communities and looking for the most vulnerable groups of people in order to provide the care they need.
Without a doubt, one of the services that I liked the most was pediatrics, I love children and being able to share a moment with each one of them fills me with happiness, I also liked being able to guide mothers and / or fathers who attended with their children since many of them had a deficit of knowledge regarding the care they should have, such as feeding, breastfeeding, hygiene, immunization.
Community nursing leaves me with a lot of knowledge that is necessary for my development as a health professional, now I will enter a new stage of learning where I am sure I will end successfully.
