Looking at the Croatian football team, you understand that the country has gone through war and upheavals (Croatia was part of the former Yugoslavia, which ceased to exist in 1992).
But this did not prevent the world from giving such players as: Ivan Rakitic, Dario Sirna and of course Luka Modric and being one of the strongest national football teams of the entire continent.
And so the country that gave the world the winner of the golden ball - Andriy Shevchenko, has been at war with Russia for almost two years.
Is it possible to play sports in general during the war? This article will answer this question using the example of football.
Football in Ukraine during the war: Reflection of hope
For Ukraine, football has always been an important cultural element of the nation. But with the beginning of the war, when Russia invaded the territory of Ukraine, football in the country became not only a game, but also a platform where the true essence of the Ukrainian spirit, loyalty and resistance is expressed.

Therefore, sport during the war is not only possible, but necessary! Of course, athletes and fans should be safe. This can be achieved by moving training and competitions to safe countries. Sport is life, which means life goes on no matter what. Despite the war and death, because life will definitely win!

Дивлячись на збірну Хорватії по футболу, розумієш що країна пройшла війну та потрясіння (Хорватія входила до складу колишньої Югославії яка перестала існувати у 1992 році ).
Але це не завадило дати світу таких гравців, як: Іван Ракитича, Даріо Сирну та звісно Лука Модрича і бути однією з найсильніших збірних по футболу всього континенту.
І ось країна, що дала світу володаря золотого м’яча – Андрія Шевченка, майже два роки перебуває у стані війни з росією.
То чи можливий спорт загалом під час війни. Дана стаття дасть відповідь на це запитання на прикладі футболу.
Футбол в Україні під час війни: Віддзеркалення надії
Для України футбол був завжди важливим культурним елементом нації. Але з початком війни, коли росія вторглася на територію України, футбол в країні став не тільки грою, але й платформою, де виражається справжня сутність українського духу, відданості та спротиву.

Не дивлячись на війну і смерть, адже життя обов’язково переможе!
