Hoy les traigo la receta para la preparación de un delicioso jugo cargado de sabor y muchos beneficios para salud: Lechosa Con Naranja, como se sabe, la lechosa aporta muchos beneficios digestivos al organismo además de aportar antioxidantes y vitamina A, y la naranja aporta una buena dosis de vitamina C.
En lo particular, no me gusta mucho el jugo de lechosa solo, así que prefiero combinarla con alguna otra fruta, en especial cítricos, mi padre siempre la preparaba así y la verdad que resulta una deliciosa bebida.

Without further ado, I share with you the ingredients and its preparation.
INGREDIENTES:
700 gr de lechosa.
4 naranjas.
Azúcar al gusto.
2.0 litros de agua potable.

PREPARACIÓN:
La preparación es súper sencilla y rápida, lavamos muy bien la lechosa, la cortamos por la mitad, le retiramos la cáscara y cortamos en trozos medianos. Reservamos.

Seguidamente lavamos muy bien las naranjas, cortamos por la mitad y las exprimimos extrayendo la mayor cantidad de jugo posible y pasando por un colador, para no licuar las semillas. Reservamos.

Vamos a la licuadora donde vertemos el agua y vamos agregando la lechoza, el jugo de naranja y azúcar al gusto. Yo siempre le agrego poca azúcar a mis preparaciones, ya que no me gusta comer demasiado dulce, pero es cuestión de gustos. Licuamos muy bien por unos 4 a 5 minutos.

Y ya nuestro jugo está listo para disfrutarlo, se puede servir con hielo o llevarlo al refrigerador y servir frío o granizado. Con estos ingredientes obtuve 2.3 litros de delicioso jugo.
Es realmente deliciosa la combinación de la lechosa con cítrico.
