Olá pessoal! Hoje vim falar sobre os diferentes usos da blockchain e meu foco vai ser no uso que o Brasil tem feito para ser considerado pela Forbes como um protagonista do cenário como vocês podem ver no clicando acima.
Vou abordar não apenas o Real Digital que é a moeda que está em desenvolvimento pelo Banco Central do Brasil com a utilização de tecnologia blockchain, como também vamos abordar como empresas já estão utilizando a tecnologia na area de logistica, saúde, segurança e privacidade entre outros usos.
Então vamos ao que interessa...
Real Digital
Para falar de protagonismo no Brasil não podemos deixar de fora o Real Digital. O Real Digital é uma versão digital da moeda fiduciária usada no Brasil. Essa moeda digital tem sua estrutura construida em cima da tecnologia Blockchain.
O nome oficial do Real Digital é DREX e embora ele seja uma moeda digital ele não pode ser considerado uma criptomoeda. Ele é uma solução financeira buscada pelo governo federal para trazer mais transparência e agilidade a processos que hoje exigem muita burocracia. Ele não é uma criptomoeda porque, embora esteja na blockchain, ele é totalmente emitido, controlado e tem o objetivo de representar a moeda fiduciária brasileira e só poderá ser usado dentro da blockchain do BC(Banco Central).
E porque usar blockchain apenas para representar a moeda fisica já existente num ambiente virtual? Segurança, transparencia, agilidade, redução dos custos com impressão de moeda, maior controle de fluxo. Os motivos não são poucos e ainda podem surgir muitos outros com a evolução do projeto.
Atualmente o DREX ainda é um projeto piloto tendo a expectativa de entre agosto e setembro de 2024 estejam iniciando os testes propriamente ditos. Atualmente o Banco do Brasil já iniciou as participações nos testes do CBDC brasileira e já esta conectado a blockchain do BC. Agora falta os outros bancos participantes se estruturarem para fazer o mesmo.
A ideia é que no futuro benefícios possam ser recebidos através do DREX entre outras utilidades que não só modernizam nosso sistema financeiro mas facilitam em varias áreas.
Na minha opinião só o fato de trazer transparência as contas publicas já seria motivo suficiente para ser a favor da implementação da tecnologia. Claro que a implementação do DREX não vai acabar com a corrupção, mas certamente vai dificultar os políticos corruptos a manterem seus orçamentos fraudulentos em segredo.

Logística
Na área de logística as blockchains estão sendo utilizadas para rastreio de entregas, frotas e melhorar a experiencia do cliente.
Nesse caso a blockchain garante que os registros de gps sejam marcados e acessíveis para fiscalização sem chance de serem alterados, além de melhorar a experiencia do cliente podendo saber o que está acontecendo.

Today I'm here to talk about the different uses of blockchain and my focus will be on the use that Brazil has made to be considered by Forbes as a protagonist of the scenario as you can see by clicking above.
I'm going to cover not only the Real Digital, which is the currency being developed by Brazil's Central Bank using blockchain technology, but also how companies are already using the technology in the areas of logistics, health, security and privacy, among other uses.
So let's get down to business...
Real Digital
To talk about protagonism in Brazil, we can't leave out Real Digital. The Real Digital is a digital version of the fiat currency used in Brazil. This digital currency has its structure built on Blockchain technology.
The official name of the Real Digital is DREX and although it is a digital currency it cannot be considered a cryptocurrency. It is a financial solution sought by the federal government to bring more transparency and agility to processes that currently require a lot of bureaucracy. It is not a cryptocurrency because, although it is on the blockchain, it is fully issued, controlled and intended to represent Brazilian fiat currency and can only be used within the Central Bank's blockchain.
And why use blockchain only to represent the physical currency that already exists in a virtual environment? Security, transparency, agility, reduced currency printing costs, greater flow control. There are many reasons for this and many more may emerge as the project evolves.
At the moment, DREX is still a pilot project with the expectation that the actual tests will begin between August and September 2024. Currently, Banco do Brasil has already started participating in the CBDC Brazilian tests and is already connected to the Central Bank's blockchain. All that remains is for the other participating banks to structure themselves to do the same.
The idea is that in the future benefits can be received through DREX, among other utilities that not only modernize our financial system but also facilitate it in various areas.
In my opinion, just the fact that it brings transparency to public accounts would be reason enough to be in favor of implementing the technology. Of course, implementing DREX won't end corruption, but it will certainly make it harder for corrupt politicians to keep their fraudulent budgets secret.

We have blockchain uses in Brazil being used massively in the areas of logistics, digital security and health.

In the area of logistics, blockchains are being used to track deliveries, fleets and improve the customer experience.
In this case, the blockchain ensures that GPS records are marked and accessible for inspection without the chance of them being altered, as well as improving the customer experience by letting them know what is going on.
