Beans is a good meal rich in protein. It is eaten after being cooked. Beans can be eaten alone or with other things like plantain, etc depending on the eater's choice.

PREPARATION OF BEANS
I separate the dirty portion of the beans from the beans itself.
I placed a pot of water on fire in respect to the quantity of beans I want to cook.
I washed my beans twice before pouring it in the warm water on fire.
I sliced onions in the beans.
I added salt in moderation and covered it till its soft.
My beans is soft waiting for other ingredients to be added to it.
I added grinded pepper.
I also added palm oil to my food, I then closed it for about 3 minutes.
My cooked beans is ready to be served.
